I felt very disrespected returning an item at this store that I bought online - not opened or used whatsoever, but I bought the wrong size appliance. The two women in the store were both rude from the moment I walked in and said hello. I was told that next time, I should be sending it back the way I bought it instead of in store. I said okay, that I didn’t know this and presented my packing slip. “That’s not enough.” Is what I was told, so I then emailed the receipt to the store (as told to do) with pricing on it, which they accepted, though there is a QR code on the slip to show the receipt. I scanned my credit card too early apparently, and was told, “don’t do that. This place sets the bar in customer service for me. I am always greeted when enetering, even when the employees are stocking away products. Yajaira is very knowledgeable when it comes to products and color, Noreen is quick to help me with redken shades when im in a rush & can't find a color. Karen is quick to ring me out. Thank you for always making my experience a great one. OH and Yajaira for always keeping me up to date with classes. Knowledge is power

Good place for supplies, but doesn't have a good skin care selection
