I had a terrible experience at this new location. No greeting when I walked in, had to search for an employee just to confirm they were open. At checkout, the cashier (Erma K) was extremely rude — demanded my ID in a condescending way, made me feel accused of fraud, and stared at my info far too long. She never offered a bag and just watched me struggle to grab my items. Customer service was non-existent. If I were a new cosmetologist shopping here, I’d never want to come back.

Love that this places opened up!!!!! Perfect area and always so welcoming. I love my girl heather she always has the most welcoming and warm smile. So helpful and genuinely love shopping when she’s scheduled. Love her costumer service.
