Not even let the customers use bathroom anymore? What a crazy policy. They used to be nice friendly store. Start going to other beauty supply store. Disappointed with new policy.

Just had a great experience with Farnoosh R. Placed a K18 item on hold earlier today and knew I would have to race to beat closing in order to rescue some holiday hair for 2 clients. Got to the location in the nick of time. Farnoosh had items ready to go (+my promo item) and we had a quick dialogue about product options. I made a switch+added an additional item (spending more money) and it was a win/win. I didn't dally and was respectful that she needed to close up and she was cheerful, helpful and we even had similar stories of the ones in our lives who have stylists as relatives yet do destructive things to their hair. Called in today 6/17/24 at 10:07am to ask for a stock of an item and pricing and the store associate who answered the phone was very helpful to check for the stock and price of the item for me. I really recommend this place for their customer service, helpful and kind associates as well as stocking for the Redken products! Thank you Salon Centric!

1. The experience will depend on who is working. 2. Registers are always slow. 3. There are times they are out of products, but they could possibly be sitting in boxes waiting to be stocked. I would really like to give this store 5 stars, but it is so hit or miss... will update in future.

There is nothing I hate more than bad customer service especially when received by a manager. Manager (Yolanda) promises and doesn't deliver employees seem board and hate there job. I think from now on I will continue to shop at Cosmoproff where the employees make me feel welcome and return my calls when they say they will and manager honors their words and follows thru.
