Salonaire Nail Spa

For my birthday this year, my boyfriend treated me to getting my nails done. I decided I would try Luminous since I’ve heard great things about them from a co-worker of mine who visits them religiously. From the moment I walked in, my experience was great! Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. I chose my color and before I was even finished, the receptionist let me know that my seat was ready! My appt was with Lyn and my nails turned out perfect. She was so kind and she’s clearly amazing and what she does because my nails turned out incredible! I wanted Gel X nails with a simple color french top and a little design on one finger. I showed her one picture for inspiration and my nails turned EXACTLY like the inspiration picture. I will absolutely be returning!

I went to Lush Nail Spa for my first time! Right when I walked in smiles greeted me and I was given a complementary gift! I asked for a hard design and they did it just perfect! I will be going back!

I went to luminous to get a basic pedicure and gel X on my nails. Shirley was doing my pedicure and did fine, but she cut my toe multiple times to where I was bleeding and was pretty rough with the tools. She also did my nails, and I asked for French tip with a tortoise shell design. After she finished the first design, it looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I asked if I could change my color and she was very rude about it and told me it would cost extra to change the color. I had to talk to the manager because it shouldn’t cost to change my color when my nails looked nothing like I asked for & the manager agreed. I don’t remember who did my nails, I don’t think she told me her name but I showed her the reference (second photo shown) and she let out a loud sigh and seemed very annoyed for the whole first part of the manicure. She was very rough with my hands and made 3 out of 5 of my fingers bleed on my right hand (which I think is normal but she was still very rough). On the star on my right hand, it was too thin so I asked her to go over it again and she seemed annoyed still. Keep in mind; I told her she didn’t have to do the design if she didn’t want to. At the end, when she was massaging my arms, rough is beyond an understatement, it hurt like hell and she was almost cutting off blood flow to my arm and on my left arm, she kept digging her thumb into my elbow and it was extremely painful.
