Salon Wow

I honestly don’t think these girls are getting proper training in hair school, one of them messed up my appointment time, then fried my hair off and turned it grey then claimed “it’s probably because it’s so light” when my hair is not even close to a platinum color. She proceeded to cut off my hair without asking how much I wanted off then sent me home with crunchy fluffy unparted hair and I went home with my hair up in a bun after paying $130. I’ve given chance after chance and I can confidently say I will NEVER be returning do not waste your time or money at salon wow.

Took my son here and he loved it. Hannah was very friendly and patient and cut his hair just the way he wanted. Five stars will repeat

First time, I have thick, frizzy, curly hair. Michele was my stylist she was great. She recommended products, she told me if any reason I'm not happy to come back and she'd fix it's I'm very pleased.

After going here for over three years, I sadly say that I will not return. My first stylist just left, so I had to choose a new one. Very nice young gal, but never seemed to "get" the style I was trying to achieve. After $73 spent in six weeks, it took me being very upset & 2 people to cut my hair to an acceptable level. In my opinion, they charge salon prices & hire young, inexperienced staff. If you want a professional look - stick with experienced stylists & avoid this place!

It’s the #1 place in the Tristate area to go to get your hair done! I would recommend salon WOW 100%!!! They are professional, wonderful, courteous and just everything great! The entire staff there is amazing! You can walk in feeling blah but you will walk out feeling like a brand new refreshed person! I won’t never go anywhere else. I been going there for years and I recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you to Audrey and all the stylists and staff for always going above and beyond to make every time I come there special!
