I have been a client of Kirsten at the Salon West Midtown location for a long time . I cannot say enough positive things about her. Her work on my hair always makes me happy. She is always willing to listen to what I want to try next. If she is cutting my hair ; doing extensions, or doing color pays close attention to her task.She has made my hair very blonde; brown; various shades of brown and blonde; and, a beautiful shade of dark red. She always makes me feel that I am a valued client. If you are fortunate enough to get an appointment with her you will be very lucky and happy.

I have been going to this salon for 9 years and to Kirsten every Tuesday for a blow out for about a year. My appt on the Tuesday before Christmas was cancelled, much to my dismay, for a more lucrative appt I assume. Then I was informed her blow out price would increase 50% in January. Very unprofessional in my book, especially for a loyal client. Whitney, the owner, told me she supported the way this was handled. I will find another salon that is more professional in how they handle customer service.

I have been here few times and they have always done excellent work. They are friendly and professional. Emily went above and beyond on my hair when I was there last week. She paid attention to detail and even stayed late to balayage and cut my hair. My hair looked gorgeous afterwards. I will definitely be coming back.

Very professional Hairstylist!! I lobe the ambiance. music seating, waiting area and the way they display their products for sale. They have two restrooms in case you need to go.
