Kayla is truly so incredible at what she does. Every time I leave her lash appointment, I catch myself looking in the mirror nonstop because I just feel that good. She has this way of making my lashes look full and beautiful without ever feeling too much. What I love most is how much heart she puts into it. She’s patient, gentle, and so intentional with every detail. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and about the quality of her work. It never feels rushed, she takes her time and makes sure everything is just right. I trust her completely with my lashes, and that says everything. If you want to feel beautiful and taken care of, Kayla is the one. 💕

This is my 1st time going to Salon West and Jenna was amazing!!! she was very nice and so attentive in coloring my hair to this beautiful ombré grey. It turns out more better than I expected. Love!

Ms. Maddie is a great nail tech with great free hand and gentle touch for super sensitive feet as mine!! Go see her she would love to have some more great smiling faces!!!

As I read wonderful reviews about Jenna. I scheduled an appointment with her. The way she corrected my haircut and did what I asked, it came out great! As far as a toner for my hair, she explained the process well. I chose one of her ideas. It eliminated the green tone in my hair, but left it yellowy brass. I planned on doing her other recommendation with her but she felt that she couldn’t help me the way I’d like my hair. I had confidence that she could, but she suggested to see a stylist she recommended. I still believe she has got what it takes. I’m sorry, I guess I won’t be going back per her request. The good news about a week 1/2 later my hair started to look more natural without doing anything else other than using a grey brilliance purple type shampoo. I wish you all the best Jenna
