originally posted a detailed review on yelp like two weeks after my appointment but deleted it because i felt bad for a small business but then everytime i look in the mirror and just hate my hair and out of like $450 for something my mom couldve done with a box dye, i decided to just keep this here. but to summarize hair by victoria. sent her reference pictures of what i wanted and my current hair at the time. she said it was possible but when i showed up she said it wasnt and convinced me into a completely different style despite me saying many times i'd like to wait and think it through back home and get back to her. i think she just saw my long hair as an easy cash grab and didnt want the opportunity to go. then laughably tries getting me to book another appointment to lighten or touc
