I came in to Paul with vibrant red hair and left with dull brown. When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, he somehow made it entirely my fault (?!). I gave him the chance to fix it, but after I misinterpreted the appointment time by 15 minutes, he blocked my phone and refused to communicate further, hanging me out to dry. Completely unprofessional. Clients deserve accountability and respect, not blame and dismissal.
Took my 8 year old son who hates haircuts and loves his long hair. Colin was unbelievable, he was nice and did exactly what my son wanted. He told me after we are only going here from now on.
Paul is very professional and does a wonderful job! Very personable. Everyone at the salon is soooo nice!
Julie has done my hair for close to 20 years, she's an amazing hairstylist ❤🥰
Very friendly absolutely love my hair best salon anywhere!!
