Salon Unisex Estrella

I walked in and told them I wanted a trim on my ends straight across. I waited for an hour and when I finally got attended the lady attending me had a nasty attitude. She’s incompetent to be a hairstylist. My hair is naturally curly, I didn’t want it washed because it was already washed the night before. I had flat ironed it but with this rain I guess it frizzed up. She started spraying my hair and I told her what are you doing? Apparently my hair “needs to be wet” in order for her to cut. She could have told me but she just sprayed my hair and I left. Couldn’t she have took the time to flat iron it in order to then be able to cut? I doubt that lady even had any real credentials to be working there. It shouldn’t be called a unisex salon if there’s only one female worker. Overall the experi

Muy mal experiencia. En primer lugar la dueña no me quiso atender ella , me vio como bicho raro. Le dijo a su ayudante q lo hiciera el, había una persona después de mi y entonces cerrarían. Creo q el ayudante me atendió de mala gana el q esperaba era su cliente, me dejo el pelo de un lado más largo q el otro. Pedí opiniones a profesionales y todos vieron lo mismo. UN CORTE MUY MAL HECHO. JAMÁS VOLVERÍA CON ELLOS. No lo recomiendo

They do a great job on my hair and my brother's hair. Highly recommend it. Hacen un gran trabajo en mi cabello y el pelo de mi hermano. Lo recomiendo.
