Salon Thread - Worcester

I asked for just a cleaning and for her not to make my eye brows skinny. She made my eyebrows skinny anyways. She asked for a tip I said 3$ and she tipped herself 5$ instead. I was annoyed because I let my eyebrows grow for months. She had a nice canvas and wasted it :(

I have been coming to Salon Thread for many years now & their service has always been amazing! I have the monthly membership which is so convenient & I recommend to everyone. I come Tuesday, Fridays or Saturdays, I’m always happy with my eyebrows by the end of each visit

The place was clean and the staff were very welcoming. However, I was not satisfied with the service at all. I made an appointment to have henna on both my hands but was only able to do one because there were several other people waiting and only one staff that day. The henna did not come out even close to what I wanted and barely shows on my skin. Will not be coming here again.

The staff are so very talented and kind. The monthly membership is a great deal. I’ve been a member for years, it’s so convenient. My aging skin responds so much better to threading than waxing. I highly recommend Salon Thread!

I would have previously given 5 stars but the last 2 times I’ve gone, my eyebrows have been severely messed up. The first time I could tell the girl was new, so I brushed it off but I went again hoping they would do better and it was so bad. I don’t think I wanna go back again which sucks because I’ve gone there for 2 years :(
