Salon Thread - The Threading Spot

Brought my sister in law to this salon for her eyebrows, and they did a phenomenal job! She was very happy!

HORRIBLE job. I gave specifics on how I like my eyebrows. They literally did the opposite. Immediately started crying when I got in the car.

The service at this location has gone downhill since their top threader, known for high-quality and quick service, moved to another location. When I decided to cancel my membership, the owner was uncooperative and only offered to price match after the fact. If they were genuinely focused on helping customers save money, they wouldn’t have significantly raised their membership fees in the first place. I have been coming to salon thread for my entire adult life. I even moved to Florida and no one takes care of me like the ladies at salon thread- especially Shelly. I am so grateful to be a long term customer of the ladies of salon thread. I travel home to Rhode Island every few months just to come here and have experienced the best customer service out of any places I have ever visited. I hope they are here forever!!

I had booked an online eyebrow lamination a week prior to my appointment. An hour before my scheduled appointment the manager called to confirm my appointment. At which point she did not give me any important information that I should’ve known prior to my appointment. In other words I would’ve appreciated a heads up in regards to wearing no make up and planning on not washing my face for the day. This was my first lamination and I thought the process was completely different.
