Salon Thread - Down City Providence

I usually get my eyebrows threaded every three weeks, but I decided to try eyebrow tinting this time. I was a bit nervous since I normally only lightly fill in my brows myself. I was so impressed with how thorough and caring the entire process was. She explained each step and asked exactly what look I was going for. I’ll definitely be adding brow tinting to my regular services from now on.

Love this place! After Aviva on Wickenden closed my friend and I started coming here and the woman is fabulous, very detailed and patient and very clear about what you want! Great listener and great work. I will be coming back.

I was very please with the results of my eyebrow threading here. Quick, walk-in service, clean and organized, good price. My provider was professional, friendly and informative. What a find- and right across the street from PPAC!!

Far and away the rudest service I've ever been subject to! Please go literally ANYWHERE else if you're able to -- it honestly does not feel nice at all to come in to get a service done, and to be treated with such rudeness. I would give negative stars if I could. The owner/manager does a bad job with threading eyebrows and is incredibly snarky about it, too -- why ask me to check what you've done in the mirror if you're not willing to accept that there are hairs you've missed? I pointed this out during my last appointment a couple of weeks ago and received a snappy response. Unfortunately, I am seeing the bad tempered responses as a pattern here of late. I always encounter the same individual, and she is always quick to defend really shoddy threading jobs. I thought at first that this was

I went to school in Rhode Island and I used to come here to get my eyebrows and nails done with Ijat. She always does a wonderful job. I moved back home and I make sure to return even years later! Always a pleasure to be reunited with Ijat.
