Went in for a color and it washed out after one wash with professional color care shampoo. Left my hair stained orange at the roots. Took 2 weeks to go in to get fixed. Came back in to get my orange stained hair fixed and was told by the stylist she “improvised” on the color since they didn’t have the original at the store and that it would be fixed. AFTER she was done she charged me. It was so bad people were calling me “carrot head”. I have now in total spent over $250 on hair….stylist claims it “wasn’t her fault” Picture attached - the pictures do not do the color I was left with justice - it got worse throughout the time I had to wait. My hair hasn't seen scissors in years so I was nervous I wasn't expecting to stand the entire time I got it cut , just went straight across was a lil uneven, got 9 foils ( highlights and did some gray coverage on roots . I went to pay and heard 300.00 total I almost fainted. Nice girl but I don't think I'll be back.def too pricey for me
