I'm sorry to hear about your experience at Salon Synergy. It is disappointing that they failed to listen to your preferences regarding the color of your hair. Melissa did an awesome job on my hair and it was quite the transformation. From medium brown to blonde. I took my daughter in as well and she did purple color on her hair just as she wanted it. I also took my boys in for a haircut on the wrong day and she was so so accommodating to come last minute and cut their hair. Could not say more great things about this hair salon. You won't regret it!

Remarkable service, very helpful and kind as I had to bring in all 4 of my kids and the 2 youngest were crying. Lexi did a wonderful job with my special needs child and cutting his hair the best she could. Did great on my 8 year old sons hair and my eyebrows. Fast and efficient. Couldn't recommend more. Will be back.

Love this salon! The girls are so easy to work with! They are all so accommodating to schedules and offer later hours!!!

Great hair stylist, Lexie, totally understanding what I wanted and look wonderful. Can't wait to see her again!
