I had the best experience I have ever had in a salon! I really messed up my hair and fried it using a box color. (Ugh I know you don't have to say it) I called the salon and they were able to get me in the next day. I walked in with tears in my eyes and I was so scared. I was greeted immediately by every lady that work there. They immediately made me feel comfortable. After going over my options and coming up with a game plan with Sunny I felt like I was in great hands. My feelings were right, Sunny and her team worked on my hair and it definitely was a process. They took what was a disaster and turned it into a masterpiece! I have found my forever salon! Thank you Sunny and the rest of you ladies I am forever grateful!

I was seen by Raquel. I received a color nothing like what I wanted. I came in with black/dark brown wanting a fall-ish ombré (see reference picture below). I realize that going from black to blonde is drastic and may not have happened in one appointment, however before my appointment, I messaged the hairstylist and she was up for it. The color I received does not even set up a good base for my end goal. The bleach job and color looks extremely poorly done and nothing like any pictures I showed. I came in wanting an ombré and left with a harsh line between red and brown, and hot roots. The stylist put permanent dye on my head, without my knowledge, when I had outgrown box dye. I walked into Salon Swank in full hair-emergency mode after striking out everywhere else, and they somehow fit me in the same day. Honestly, I’m pretty sure they performed a small miracle. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming — the kind of place where you instantly feel like you’ve been going there for years. Everyone was smiling, chatting, and genuinely happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better. Then came Masha, my hair hero of the day. She completely understood what I wanted (even when I probably didn’t explain it very well) and absolutely nailed it. I walked in feeling blah and walked out feeling like a brand-new person. Masha & Megan are an amazing duo! Every visit is spectacular from start to finish. They are consistent in their craft and always go above and beyond for each client. It always feels like the conversation has never stopped every time I visit them. I want to also shout out Violet! Never got my hair done by her but she was extremely kind and friendly while I was waiting for my hair to get toned. The whole salon always has a great atmosphere, doesn’t matter if it’s a packed Friday morning or later in the evening - the level of service and hospitality is impeccable. Thank you again!!

Mikey did an amazing job with my color and balayage! He really listened to what I wanted and created the perfect tone to complement my look. The blend is seamless and natural, with beautiful dimension and shine. My hair feels healthy and looks better than ever. I couldn’t be happier—highly recommend Mikey for color!
