Great place if you’re looking to rent a suite. The place is modern and spacious. It has all the amenities that you need; for your clients to feel comfortable. Most salon suites are tiny and without windows. This spot has large spaces with windows. Marlene the manager, is amazing. She’s very nice, professional and accommodating. I had an amazing experience at Salon Suites Belmont! The space is beautifully designed, private, and incredibly clean. Each suite is unique and provides a personal touch, making it easy to relax and enjoy the services. I loved how comfortable and intimate the environment was. My stylist was in a busy salon but now that I’m getting my haircut in a private suite it felt easy and comfortable to have a one-on-one session with my stylist. Highly recommend this location for any of your cosmetic needs!

Opening up our own business was a huge and courageous decision in our careers but leasing our space at Salon Suites Belmont made it so easy. From the moment we took our tour we felt so at home, the vibe was so fantastic. From the clean move in ready spaces, the layouts that have stylists in mind and the comfortable setting my clients appreciate - we knew it was a good fit. We have now been in our space for four months and it was the best decision we made for ourselves and our business. The ease in which my clients have been able to transition to our new location made all the difference. They have all been so happy here and have commented how great the space is and how comfortable they feel. We too have found it to feel like home very quickly. I just renewed my lease last month and I have to say, Salon Suites Belmont has been a phenomenal space to grow my business! I used to sublet space from other professionals because I didn't need a large space of my own. It has been a pleasure to have a small place to call my own as a solo provider. Management is lovely & responsive, the suites are modern & gorgeous, the common areas are well tended to and comfortable for customers & guests and all of the suite owners are friendly and kind. It has been a wonderful space to grow my business and network! My only regret is not leasing here sooner!

I’ve been renting my Salon Suite for almost 2 years now. My sister & I love our space, the easy access of our building, fair rent, and our landlords: the DiGiovanni’s! The communal space is super clean, and decorated tastefully. We love our suite neighbors, which gives us a great sense of community throughout the building. I’d 100% recommend renting!
