I am posting this review specifically regarding Todd Little. The man is a hair genius. I have been going to Todd since perhaps 2015. I used to show him a photo of how I wanted my hair cut and colored. Now, I can show up and he gives me a perfect haircut from memory, no photos required. Please note that I have very fine, thinning hair, which is a challenge to cut and style.

I’ve been a 30+ year client of Janet Nelson. Her and her daughter, Whitney Nelson, are the best at any hair service. I followed Janet to this establishment years ago when she relocated. However, the manager of the Salon & Suites, Jessica Darnell, is the rudest manager I’ve ever been in contact with and the most unprofessional and inexperienced at customer service that I’ve ever experienced.

Not sure if this location is under new management, I noticed the changes. I can see the neglect as I made my way to my appointment. I like to get my eyebrows threaded here . The floor was sticky and dirty. The front entrance was unswept and smudges on all the glass, not presentable. The bathrooms had a horrible sewage smell that lingered. Also felt discrimination from a lady in the front right side of the building she followed me around as if I didn't speak English and were about to steal something but never offered to help guide me or direct me.
