The manager did not see me as a legit client. I spoke with the owner and manager about making me an appointment with any of the stylists in the shop for cut and color. I was told to go somewhere else. It was an unfriendly environment.
I have only been to one stylist here ever (Jessica), but I have been going for years now. I would never get my hair cut anywhere else! Great atmosphere and private rooms.
The individual studios are so nice and private. Karen Thomas is so talented, patient, and knowledgeable!
