Salon & Spa On Railroad

I went here back in December. To start, I last minute changed my appointment from a gel manicure to the gel x. Staff were so accommodating with the switch. Cami is awesome! My nails ended up lasting 4 weeks! We went back the next day to get facials. Beautiful Place!

I have been coming here for many years and it is always a treat. They have recently remodeled and let me tell you... It is gorgeous!!!!! It is open and glamorous. I feel spoiled having my hair done here! The service is always impeccable!!

I didn’t intend to write a negative review, but I woke up in the middle of the night with a burning sensation on my neck. I took a photo and noticed a cut mark from the clipper. I was never informed about this, and I only discovered it when I tried to go to sleep. While my haircut didn’t turn out as expected, which is understandable since the stylist is still learning, it’s still unacceptable that there are small hairs sticking out when it’s supposed to be faded on the side. Very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff was very friendly. My stylist listened to what I wanted and pulled it off with flying colors! I asked for my hair to look as natural as she could and she knew exactly what to do. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My hair has never felt or looked better. The salon was very clean. I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I've been using Salon & Spa consistently for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the services I have received. They have truly helped my confidence and fufill my need for "self care" days. Elise has gone above and beyond for my hair and eyebrows, and is always so willing to teach me new styling ideas. Adia is absolutely incredible for both manicures and pedicures, and keeps my nails looking wonderful despite having a blue collar job. The front desk works so hard to help you get appointment times you need. I will always recommend them to friends and family!
