Salon & Spa Fifth Avenue - Hair, Nails, Skin & More

I had such a great experience at this salon! I’m a hairdresser myself, so I don’t trust just anyone. My hair is fine, but thick enough that it can be difficult to get evened out without chunky spots, but I had nothing to worry about! The cut and color are both fantastic; my stylist was quick and very skilled. She did exactly what I asked for, and since I was cutting so much off, she offered to donate it to wigs for kids, which made me really happy. I’ll be back regularly!

i was on the verge of chopping all my hair off so i finally decided to go to a salon and im so glad i chose the right one! everyone was so nice and welcoming and my stylist dawn was a miracle worker; from her kind demeanor and humor to her talent, dawn is the reason i will be going back here every time i need something done. my confidence has come back and im so happy with the results!! pictures are before and after:

Update: the manager was very nice to get me back in. She finally was able to get the steps out of my hair and make it look like layers! Yay! Unfortunately, she did not do what I asked to fix the botched color in my hair. All I asked for what dark dark roots to cover up the botched lines Aleah had done. There is my inspo picture below. I wanted the dark roots way further down. Thank you for trying but it didn’t cover anything up, it looks the same other than looking like a darker toner. I will say it looks better, but cancel my next appointment. I will not be returning. I would rather fix it myself. I wish I didn’t feel strongly to share my experience but I do. I had Jenny and she was amazing. She is my mother so this might be a bit biased, but she did a great job with finding products that were meant for my hair type (which I’ve always had trouble finding products for my thick hair) and I loved the shampoo and conditioning. She even convinced me to get three products. I’ve had her do my hair multiple times and she really does a good job. The salon was nice as well, the employees were friendly and I felt very pampered. I’ve also had my hair done by Dawn and Naomi and they both did a great job. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I absolutely LOVE getting beauty treatments at this salon! It’s so relaxing and everyone is so talented! I never feel disappointed after getting something done here 😊
