Salon Seven

I had two appointments with Nicole. The first time, she asked to push the appointment back an hour on the same day, which I was fine with, and the service itself went well. Based on that, I booked a second appointment for 9/6. The appointment was accepted a week prior and even confirmed the day before. However, when I arrived at the salon at 10:00, the lights were off and the door was locked. After waiting, I reached out to Nicole by text and was told she wasn’t coming, and that her business partner was “supposed” to call me. Unfortunately, no one did. While I understand emergencies happen, this lack of communication was very unprofessional and felt disrespectful of my time. Nicole did an amazing job on my hair! She cut it exactly how I asked, and she was so friendly and sweet. I'm definitely coming back next time! Thank you again.

Toni and Sarah are both awesome! I get my hair and nails done here, and Sarah did me hair for my wedding. So grateful to have found these ladies!! ✨🩷💅🏻💇🏼‍♀️😁

Unfortunate, but Nicole was not what I hoped and dreamed for a new stylist as I am new to the area.. Nice enough, but absolutely oblivious to how to do hair. Everything had to be directed by Toni. Even Toni expressed disappointment with her and said she needed to be retrained. They downsized since covid and it was just them. Toni is pretty good, although she had to correct Nicole’s mistakes on my hair- which makes for a lot of wasted time and money.. for me. Still disappointed. Now in calling Toni, she doesn’t even return calls. Would NOT recommend this salon. Next!
