Bought Kevin Murphy's SHIMMER.ME BLONDE spray that was defective, leaking everywhere as the packaging / lid area is not designed for it to be shaken! It literally would leak every time I shook it and splatter all over the place--they wouldn't let me take it back to exchange it for another item. I didn't want money back. Terrible customer care and guarantees in the beauty and hair.
Great staff! They are always so helpful and friendly. When I’m in need of a product(s)that is out, they are on it in calling me immediately when it arrives or any updates.
They don't take any kind of modern payments. No AMEX, and no tapping of cards or phone.
I always receive above and beyond service at this SS! It’s so clean, always has exactly what I need & the gal working is so sweet! I don’t shop online anymore (:
