Salon Services PRO - Bellevue

This location is convenient to my clinic and I stopped in to get Hydra peptide masks. I’m quite loyal to the Lynnwood location but Kyla and Malaya have won me over. I dashed in on my lunch hour for last minute birthday gift for a colleague. Kyla helped me put together a gift bag with a bow and tissue. Malaya is so helpful with pricing and recommendations as well. Great customer service is priceless and I will be shopping at both Bellevue and Lynnwood locations. What am amazing makeover they had through the pandemic. I use to think it was a step above Sally's where i just wanted to get in and out please. And now it's more like a designer boutique. Where the lighting and space is clean and well stocked.

Warning to all Professionals!!! MANAGER ALLOWS EMPLOYEES TO LAUGH AT YOU. The absolute WORST customer service from store and consultants I recently opened my own studio and decided to carry Living Proof as my retail. My entire experience with the sales reps and store were beyond unacceptable. I was lied to from the beginning, being told I was talking to a living proof specialist when she is not at all. The reps will randomly stop responding to you. You are tossed between person and person. There is absolutely zero transparency and little to no customer service skills. I was told I would have no limit purchasing products in store, the very first time I go to get stuff, I was denied buying things due to a “limit.” Again with the lies. I love this location. Very knowledgeable of ALL products carried. This store and Auburn have been my personal go to for five years. Give these folks a raise.

Always helpful service and fast shipping. Kinda pricey to have things shipped, but worth it if you live in the south sound area. Excellent brand selections.
