Hair stylist of 14 years here. Today is Black Friday. It says they’re open on their website. I drove 45 minutes. No signs on the door saying there closed… no one was there. I wasted a hour of my life and no one picked up the phone and no warning saying it’s closed on a shopping holiday. Kevin Murphy and Milbon are my favorite products they sell. If another Hair supply sold it, I would not buy from SSG. Also I’ve had over four reps this year in 2025. They really struggle keeping reps so you have someone new every few months..

Very accommodating and helpful! If they don't have what you need at one store they can check the other or order it from the warehouse. You can text their number to place an order and they'll even have it delivered to you for a fee! Lots of options and they carry very clean haircare lines.

I come here everytime I'm in town from out of state. It's always well organized and professional without being snoody. Kathy is the jam and always helps me find just what I need whenever I pop in, seriously get that girl her own store. Great products, solid sales, and the customer service is good enough to bring home to ya motha!

I finally set up my account with salon service group. The ladies working there were very accommodating and extremely helpful in getting my account set up and with what products they carry. It place is very clean. Masks are worn in the store by everyone for the safety of associates and the customers.
