Very RUDE customer service… I contacted SSG to order a color line and have it be delivered. I LITERALLY sent a picture of the exact box of color I needed and just like any other time I’ve order from them, they delivered the ABSOLUTE WRONG THING. I then sent one of my employees to return the bag and get a refund. The lady at the store (ROBYN) rudely told my employee there are no refunds and was completely unprofessional with him. 10/10 would not recommend.

Worst place I ever been, I got here by mistake just to ask for hair extensions, and as soon as I walked in this rudeeeeee white lady started telling me that I had to get out of the store if I don’t have a license, which I totally understand, but I walked in by mistake I don’t think they should treat people like that, and scream in front of other customers!!! WORST PLACE! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Make sure not to come to this place if you don’t want to get kicked out for asking!

I was the first paying customer on day opening of this salon and a loyal customer to this day. The manager Esther GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND “way beyond” at this store. Not only does she go out of her way to help me if I’m in and bind and can’t make it to the store but she also has helped me through the growing pains of being a new salon owner. The store is always stocked or easy to get ahold of needed product, she answers all my emails quickly and has been there more Accessible then other reps. I highly recommend this store as a professional beautiful representation of several brands. And I look forward to continue be a loyal customer throughout!

I love this location and the staff so much! They are so informative with products and deals and answer any questions I have! Ty why are so fast in response to their texting service and the deliveries are so quick! They have been life savers so many times for me and always do it with a smile on their face!!! Not all hero’s wear capes! Brie and Chris I appreciate yall so much!!!!

This was my first time visiting this location and I was really impressed by the great customer service provided by Esther. She was very warm, super attentive & efficient. Esther went above and beyond for me and was very informative and professional. If you come to visit this location, make sure to ask for her. You won't be disappointed. Thank you! :)
