Absolutely do not do business with this company I used to own a salon and my main product line was keune which is only available at this store, but after they falsely accused me of stealing product, they let me continue to shop there for three months spending over $1000 And I have still never received an apology or reimbursement for my attorney fees and my travel fees to the court because it was very far from where I lived, and my case was dropped because I had receipts and documentation showing that I had paid for said merchandise and that I was not even in the store at the time they said I took the merchandise and as a result, I had to close my salon because there is no other place to buy keune products in Texas. And after speaking with with a fellow business colleague, I found out tha

they use uber eats and don't tip and expect us to deliver a package 45 miles for 12 dollars. 1 star for that

Bobbi is awesome! She's been a ton of help! Very prompt with responses. Responses are very positive and upbeat. We had a problem with our order. She took care of it immediately and didn't make us call and handle it, like what normally would've happened. We received 2 mugs and cookies from Bobbi. I feel very valued which I've never felt before.

Alena is a great stylist, additional she is thoughtful, discusses your preferences and is courteous and caring during your time with her. I recommend her highly!
