I'm starting to feel like I'm being scammed by this place. My stylist came here IN JUNE and bought hair extensions for me. We put them in my hair in early July, after one wash the frizzed out of control and were deemed by defective by the "manager" who told me to take them out and bring them back...it is OCTOBER 1. They have had my hair since before August, I am yet to see my refund or have anyone taken accountability for this terrible experience. The manager is always conveniently gone when we try to get ahold of him, he never calls back, the "rep" for HOT HEADS HAIR EXTENSIONS is so unprofessional and unhelpful. They don't care about their customers in this store or the hot heads hair company because I am not only getting the run around by everyone (and my stylist too) but I am still wit
