I was visiting Traverse City and decided to do a major haircut from Long to short. I walked in and they were able to get me a appointment quickly and that worked with my schedule. I got to see the fabulous Patrick. He gave an incredible head massage while washing my hair, something that I feel I never get at other haircuts at other places. He also did a phenomenal job on my haircut with a lot of time spent and detail to the cuts, but also to my wishes for the cut. I was very nervous getting a haircut from Long to short hair and with someone I did not know, but I would highly recommend this cute hair salon and Patrick!! Plus all the other stylist were fun and supportive to his work and my big change! Such a good experience!

I have been coming here since 2020 and I have loved every visit. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I’ve worked with several of the artists and each has been amazing to work with. I primarily work with Leah- she has nailed every inspiration photo I’ve brought to her.

I’ve followed Sarah for years. Yesterday I asked for the Vanilla Chai color you see all over instagram. Sarah gave me great color. I love love love it! She even taught me how to use my diffuser. Thank you Sarah! You are truly an artist.

Too many scheduling errors. Years of coming here & i just can't tolerate any more of these cancelations & scheduling mistakes. Never coming back here again.
