I had the worst experience in this place, after years of taking good care of my hair I went to this hair salon to get my highlights done and I got my hair completely ruined by Elicia Inacio and she didn’t even apologize for what she did. To top it all off, I had to pay for her negligence and it wasn’t cheap. That’s unacceptable (see attached photos of before/after)! My hair now is compromised, spongy, extremely damaged, and takes forever to dry. Every time I wash it, I lose a lot of hair due to breakage and it falls off by the bunches. Elicia left me under a hooded dryer for a long time and she should know that being put under a dryer, it speeds up the lightening process and requires constant checking on lift and doing an elasticity check. The customer service here is excellent. The haircut I got was on par with some of the higher end hair salons in San Francisco near union square. The vibe is modern and chic. Efrain at Salon Salon did my hair and he did a fantastic job! As a woman with fine hair, every strand is precious, lol and he understands this about me and helps me with volume and with keeping my length. I left the salon very happy and I highly recommend him. I want to express how he loves to help people with amazing haircuts. He does this by listening to what you want, giving you honest feedback about what will work and what won't, he also analyzes your head shape and cuts accordingly. He is also bilingual in Spanish and friendly.

I’ve come here for haircuts, waxing, and facials for over 2 decades. The staff has always been friendly and professional. And the ladies at the front desk are so helpful. I’ve never had a disappointing service.

My oldest had her highlights done here. He did a great job. My younger daughter tried to make an appointment and the communication between the stylist and my daughter was bad. She texted him and he called her so his communication was all verbal. My daughter tried get make an appointment for three weeks and finally was told to go in on Saturday at 3 pm. We showed up early and the stylist isn’t even in town. He booked my daughter for a Saturday and then told her that he’s not there on Saturdays. So why did he book her on Saturday then? I feel that he blew my daughter off and this is extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and our gas driving there. I am very upset.
