Heather was super nice and listened to what I wanted from my haircut. I LOVE having my hair in fun, all-over layers, and she absolutely delivered! Happy to be able to support a small business in my city, as well. Update 08/10/2023: Heather did my little one's hair. Another excellent experience - both stylists were friendly and engaging with my super curious little one. She got exactly the kind of cut she wanted and was so excited to show all her friends and teachers at school the next day!

Very friendly, though she did not introduce herself so I didn't get her name. She did a great job fixing up the at home styling mess I had created. I would recommend to anyone.who isn't looking for the "salon" experience and just needs a cute affordable cut and color done by a seasoned professional. My only criticisms were it's definitely a no frills kind of place. So don't be expecting to be ultra pampered so there's no water or coffee and tea service or beer and wine ( I used to love going to the salon back in Boston on Thursday or Friday evening for just this little extra they threw in) They do a good job and she kept good conversation. They weren't busy at all and I think that's due to her location more than anything. I drove right by the place because it's a little hard to spot,

Heather was my son's hairstylist and he absolutely loved his haircut! Very friendly! Will definitely be going back!

She didn’t give me what I wanted and when I asked for a refund she said no because she believed she should be able to fix it before she gives me a refund. Why would I go to the same person who messed up my hair? Also she never said that what she was doing was going to make my hair brown when I wanted it blonde. I do not suggest going there for a hair cut too cause now my hair is uneven.
