Salon Republic Lynnwood Alderwood

I've been going to this place for service for over a year now, with good customer service at the front desk when you enter, until recently (March 5th). On my way out, I saw some products I wanted to purchase and waited patiently at the front desk to ask the receptionist how to buy them. She (initials DB or DP, can't really tell by her writing) was on her cell phone, looked at me, and then turned away. Another guy walked in and stood in front of the desk, and she didn't acknowledge him either. He finally left and walked around - he was clearly looking for someone or business. He came back around and stood at the front desk again, and the receptionist, who was still on her cell phone, didn't acknowledge him, and he left. I'm still standing there - around 15 minutes now, thought about leaving

Had my haircut here yesterday. Justin Madriaga of Stay Faded Barbershop in Salon Republic Lynnwood did really well with my hair. Finally found my go to place for haircut. Photos doesn’t really do justice to how well he cuts. But even my wife could tell that I went to a different barber yesterday as she said I still have the same hair style but this one looks better.

I recently treated myself to a professional hair styling and coloring session after a long time, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Hailey, the stylist, was fantastic to work with. She not only did a great job with my hair but also provided me with valuable tips on how to maintain and treat the color. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I'm really pleased with the overall experience and the results!

The owner or Stay Faded Barbershop-Justin Madriaga was so horrible. He was not nice, he would take his clippers and jam it into my scalp while he was cutting. Though his IG seemed to say he is good at his art of barbering. He otherwise lack concern or care. For the price, you don't get your hair wash or proper shaving cream when he uses a straight edge to line you up. He left me with gash and other cuts all over my scalp and forehead. Do not offer this guy your business. Salon Republic needs to really get rid of bad owners and there bad business ethics

My appointment was with Max Emiliano. He was fantastic. He gave me a layered medium cut for curly hair. It looks fabulous and I love it. He gave me some pointers on how to improve my hair routine and also improve my head scalp health. I am very excited to try it out and see how it turns out. He also gave me some hair product suggestions to try out. I am definitely going to try them and see how they work out for me. His area of work is very personalized I love how it looks so far and I look forward to seeing how much better it gets. Very excited to have found such a great and wonderful hair stylist please try him out you won't regret it. Before and after photos attached(from home).
