Sharing my postpartum experience with Taylor Baucum (@sunkissedbytay) - I am newly postpartum and have like most moms experienced significant hair loss a couple months after my daughter was born, so I was overjoyed to find Kacey Welch hair extensions as they gave me back the volume and with that, the confidence I sorely needed. In my last appointment with Taylor, she removed my extensions and then told flatly told me they were in such bad state she could not possibly put them back in but could order me a new pair to arrive in a few days. When I asked her why she would remove them and leave me in my postpartum state with a couple of bald spots and thinned out hair that showed my scalp, she shrugged and said cause I didn’t know before I took them out (which is false, it’s very easy to tell h

It was an ok appointment. My stylist forgot i had an appointment and overlapped it with someone else. He didn’t seem organized. Also my clothes were bleached by the end of it and he wasn’t much help post-appointment when I needed help with color care as the color faded in a matter of days. Wouldn’t go again, as it was expensive and not even all that.
