I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in with a clear inspiration photo showing vivid blue-black hair — hair that was visibly blue even in standard lighting. After my appointment, the blue could barely be seen in bright sunlight and wasn’t visible at all under bright studio lighting. It just looked black. I expressed my disappointment, and the stylist offered a redo. At the redo appointment, she dyed over my hair without fully drying it first. The end result wasn’t blue-black either — it was uneven black with warm brown patches where the dye didn’t take. What also concerned me was something the stylist shared during the redo. I asked about her weekend plans, and she mentioned that a previous client had to come back in because there wasn’t enough pink dye to finish h

First time here and never again. The lady I had was very unprofessional it was so awkward. One of the stylists was laughing at the front desk and staring at me and the stylists cutting my hair. The stylist pulled my hair and I said do you know what you are doing. She said uh yes as she is getting a comb unstuck from my hair after it was twisted around in my hair. My hair was uneven and I had to go somewhere else for a haircut because of how bad it was.I also was itchy after my haircut for a few weeks never had this happened before won’t be back nor recommend this place felt unwelcoming.

Went in to get my hair done, (my virgin hair) I showed a inspo photo (which I wanted exactly what was in the photo) and got absolutely NOTHING like it. The complete opposite. I was there for 5 almost 6 hours. I wanted really dark brown almost black but not quite black, with wispy bangs and two bleached chunks in the front and thru out the bangs a little bit. I went home with lighter hair than when I went in with and thick chunky bangs, with strawberry color in it. I then went to a different hair stylist (at a different salon), who did EXACTLY the photo. She had to cut more of my hair then I wanted cuz the previous hair stylist cut my hair all wonky. It was for my birthday so I was very upset and cried for days till I got it fixed. I love coming here for my massages Kimberley is fabulous. I always feel better when I leave. And Rose always listens to my needs for my hair. This is a great place I can get my nails done also Emily's great. It's a one stop shop I can even get a facial or permanent makeup done. Love this Salon and spa.

I found Cassie at Salon Pure several months ago after trying several different sylists in town. She is fantastic! She listens to me and cuts my hair in a way that I LOVE and she is friendly and pleasant to chat with.
