When it comes to being refunded for a canceled appointment that is where the problem arises. I canceled an appointment on April 5th that was scheduled for April 18th. Nine emails were sent of which only one was responded too regarding the $90 refund that was never received . Fast forward to 8 WEEKS LATER I had to resort to going through Instagram on May 30th & I was finally responded too by her assistant on May 31st. The $90 refund was finally issued on June 1st. I'm now still awaiting a $45 refund for another appointment; messages are being read of which I'm again inquiring about the status of the refund and needless to say the messages are not being responded too.
