The first photo is what I asked for. The second photo is what my hair looked like prior to the service. The last three are what the stylist at Salon Posh did. I had a full bleach out done at home and asked her to tone it to a warm, honey blonde with a money piece and a shadow root. She gave me large, streaky, dark lowlights from root to tip. They are uneven and chunky. The root she gave me is almost black. There is no money piece and no blended warm blonde. I asked her for a refund and she refused saying that they have a zero refund policy. This is not stated anywhere that I can find. She did offer to correct her mistakes over several sessions and was apologetic. Regrettably I do not feel comfortable having this same stylist do my hair again even to “correct what I don’t like about it.” My

Love the atmosphere of Salon Posh! I’ve been getting my hair done by Allison since 2018 and always appreciate her knowledge for the craft and always making me feel like I’ve had a great hair day! Michelle is a great stylist as well and gives a memorable hair wash! She made me feel like I was at a head spa.

I absolutely love Salon Posh! My first time was right before I gave birth, and I wanted to feel pretty during the process/postpartum & Michelle did just that! My husband needed a major haircut a few weeks later, and she also did an amazing job on his super thick hair! I just went again yesterday for a significant change, and Michelle just absolutely blew me away again! A week or two before I called and asked if they put feathers into hair & the owner ordered some into the salon immediately for me. Michelle was so personal, kind & welcoming with me. She also made sure to be on the exact same page as me as to what I wanted to do with my hair, offered snacks & drinks, and showed hospitality!! I started coming to Salon Posh in 2018 and I absolutely love them! Ashlee Carpenter has been my stylist for the last couple years and she is amazing. She always nails exactly what I’m looking for and I couldn’t be happier with her results. Definitely recommend!

I really hate to do this. And wondered for months if I even should. But I can’t avoid it anymore. I came here in January and wanted to be platinum. My hair had been dyed improperly and I wanted a correction. I had been informed (by 2 other salons) doing this would involve some damage so I had avoided it. I was told by this salon they could do it and with minimal damage. I stressed this EXTREMELY that I wanted the least amount of damage possible. I had thick long healthy hair. They left bleach on the back of my head for 8 hours. 8 hours. When I raised a bit of concern they assured me it was a low volume and not to worry. My hair started falling out at washing. The girl even said “I hope you don’t think I did this on purpose” when I raised concern over the loss. She told me if I was still
