It’s been a almost year since I got my hair cut here. I’m breaking my silence now that I’ve mentally recovered. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life, and I used to get my hair cut by my mother in a bathtub. I honestly don’t know how this stylist can legally work. This should have been considered a hate crime. I asked for a long bob with some layers… and left with practically a mullet or an asymmetrical shag with one side coming up above my ear and the other below my jaw. When I say this stylist hacked at my hair I mean she really HACKED. The whole haircut took her about 10 minutes. 10 minutes to chop off around 3 inches overall and probably 7 inches on the parts where she scalped me. She didn’t section once or even comb it, just straight hacking random chunks off.

My experience was wonderful, and everyone was pleasant and friendly from the moment I arrived. Michelle Nicole was exceptionally professional and skilled, which immediately gave me confidence in her expertise. Her assistant, Julies, was absolutely lovely—warm, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making me feel welcomed, which she certainly did. I will happily recommend Michelle Nicole and the entire Salon Pop team to my family and friends.

Feeling so thankful for my amazing stylist, Lauren! She gave me the perfect cut and color — I honestly feel like a brand-new person. 🌸 Her attention to detail, creativity, and warmth made the whole experience such a joy. I’ve already booked my next appointment because when you find someone who makes you look this good, you don’t let them go!

Recently went to Sara. Not only is she warm and welcoming , she is very attentive to what you want and very honest! My hair came out amazing and I have not stopped getting compliments from the cut and color. I highly recommend her and the salon. Definitely looking forward to my next appointment!
