We won’t see anyone else but Marissa for Kileys hair. She KILLS IT!! Every single time this girl goes above and beyond for my daughter to have GORGEOUS hair. Yall. If you want color or blonde, go to this salon PERIODDDD!! If you can get in with Marissa, even better because she is freaking amazing!! They all are!!! They really care about their clients. They work so hard to make sure you get exactly what you want or dang near close. The owner, Kim, she is literally amazing. We drive over an hour for this salon because they are the best!!

My stylist Nicole is beyond amazing. She always has that magic touch when it comes to dealing with my crazy hair. She knows exactly what I like and goes above and beyond to help me look my best! Up or down, my hair always looks amazing. The amount of compliments I receive is all thanks to my girl. Even when I lost a good amount of my hair due to covid, she made me me feel and look amazing! Thank you, Nicole, at Salon Platinum!

I’m writing this review to stand up for my ex, who was treated incredibly poorly by this salon. She had a confirmed appointment, but their stylist never showed up, they flat-out denied ever having her in their system and rudely claimed, “You’re not our customer.” No apology, no effort to resolve anything—just blame and attitude. This kind of dishonest and unprofessional behavior says everything about how they run their business. Lying and gaslighting customers is NOT customer service. Just terrible. A salon that can’t keep track of their own bookings and treats people this way doesn’t deserve loyal clients. Shame on them.

Mikala nailed every aspect of the color and cut I asked for! The salon was so welcoming! Other staff was extremely friendly and even coming in right as they were reopening I was blown away by how smooth everything was flowing. The place was clean, trendy, and at the end of the day, one of if not the best salon experiences I’ve had. Can’t wait to revisit!

I love going to Salon Platinum! Everyone is so friendly! Kim does a fantastic job on my hair and has become a sweet friend. Sacha does a great job on massages, as well! I always look forward to going to this salon!
