Salon Phoenix is what a hair salon should be. From the minute you walk through the door, everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is very evident that the staff is one big, happy family. There’s an aura of calmness, happiness, respect, kindness and love. This aura is then shared with its customers. The salon itself is always clean, organized and bright. The hair stylists are all talented and aim to please. It’s always evident that the stylists are genuinely interested in their clients. Karen has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair now for a few years and always nails the color and the cut. She also has red, natural curly hair so knows how to cut and style it which is a blessing. Every member of the staff is always a pleasure to speak with and the owner James is also very kind. I live

Omg I've been going here for 2 years and a half now and they always do my hair sooo good <3 the lady with the tattoos all over her arms n neck is incredible she is perfect for all your alternative hair needs!! Can't wait to come back n get my hair dyed 😚😚 and the hair washing lady was sooo sweet she's training still so anyone who wants to try something new let her practice on you!! She's great!!

People who are so warm, genuine, and attentive deserve to be rewarded by your loyal patronage. I did myself a huge favor by finding this place. I got a cut by Sonia, Josephine washed my hair and gently massaged my scalp. Nikki (beautiful puppy dog) let me pet him. I’m coming back with treats next time I visit!
