Salon Papillon

I brought my 7-year-old daughter in on Thursday for a haircut. We requested a very straightforward, even cut. However, after she showered and I brushed her hair the next day, it became clear that the length is uneven. I’m quite disappointed with the result, as we expected a simple and clean finish.

I agreed with a stylist for a set price for a balayage. I was charged over double the amount we agreed on. My hair is also wavy and always has been, the stylist pulled at my hair while brushing and my hair is still extremely dry and fragile almost a week after getting the balayage done. I am going to a different salon to get a K18 treatment with a wavy hair specialist. Never coming back to this salon again. Photo of my hair before and after going to this salon. My poor waves are so dry and brittle. They were so defined before this appointment. If I could get a full refund for the money I wasted, I would. 0/10, don’t recommend this salon. Liked the haircut and ambiance of the studio, but really expected better with the curly styling! I scheduled this haircut the day before a special event hoping my hair would be styled well. Unfortunately, this is how my hair looked after my curly deva cut.

I used Sun In on my hair and turned my dirty blonde roots a very brassy yellow. I toned my roots with silver/purple toner but in the process accidentally turned the ends of my hair grey! Jim was able to fix my hair color the next morning and also cut my hair.

Jim did my hair today and it was incredible! Honestly one of the best haircuts and full head of highlights I have ever had! Thank you so much Jim and Salon Papillon. I’ll be looking forward to my next visit!!
