Salon One Two One

I heard wonderful things about this salon so I was excited to get my hair done there. After talking with Addie and communicating what I wanted, I ended up with something very (very) different than what I asked for and was very disappointed. When I went back the next day and asked to get it fixed she said she could fix it to how I originally wanted it but anything she did would be an additional charge. There was no refund, not even a partial refund of the (generous) tip I gave her the day before. If you go to this salon, please take lots of pictures with you of what you want! I wanted all my hair lightened (bleached) with some fun, bold, pink and purple underneath and what I ended up with was tiny highlights in my hair and just a touch of color right by my temples, not underneath in the bac

This was the best haircut experience I have ever had! Walking in on my first visit, I knew I wanted a trim & a change but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Alecia gave really good suggestions and I was so excited when I walked out with a fresh cut and style. Highly recommend and I will be coming back!

Kalee did an amazing job on the corrective cut that she gave me. After talking things through, I (and my hair) feel that she made the best decisions!!! My hair feels so much better now (2 days later) and I am no longer seeing the thin spots that had me all stressed out. Again, thank you Kalee!!

I called and left a message and Kalee called me back within 10 minutes. I had a hair EMERGENCY! I had had my hair cut at a different place the day before and it needed to be fixed! She got me in for a cut on the same day and totally fixed my terrible cut and made it soooo cute! Kalee was very nice and very welcoming considering she did not know what she was getting in to! Kalee did a great job and I highly recommend her! Get over to Salon One Two One for all your hair care needs, you will be HAPPY you did, I know I am!! THANK YOU KALEE!!

These women are amazing! Great service every time I go in. My hair is so much healthier since I've started seeing Addie. Great space and great conversation. You can't go wrong with Salon One Two One.
