I went to this place in the past and received awesome service but that was years ago. I went yesterday to get a trim, full color, and all over highlights. She cut way too much off than we agreed upon. My hair has not been this short for 15 years so now I’m having to go and spend more money for extensions. The highlights are hideous. They are in splotches all around my head. I now have to go somewhere else to spend more money after spending $330 to get this fixed and pay more for extensions to get my length back. The cut is also so uneven I have never had a worse hair cut in my life. It is so much shorter on one side. She never went to the front of my face and made sure both lengths were the same. When I originally booked the appointment, I was advised that I would be booked with Mildred.

First time here and I loved it! I was nervous initially but my hair is so cute and healthy now! The service itself and the atmosphere were both 10/10 and I will be coming back!

They did a GREAT job with my low/highlights and matching my natural hair color! I was super nervous to try a new salon but I'm 100% happy with the results. They were also very sweet and chatty and made the whole experience very pleasant.
