I needed a dependable stylist and one who is professional and knows all hair cutting techniques who would cut my hair even. That is hard to find and Emily is amazing. Thank you Emily for an amazing hair cut and great customer service!

I have a gift certificate that was given to me for Christmas in 2017 for $300.00. I have a balance on it for $100.00. I have alot of personal things go wrong for me in 2018 and had to cancel a couple appointments, with Carol, the owner. She too had to change my appointments due to personal issues. I messaged her this week to schedule an appointment (FINALLY) and she told me that she was only cutting hair for friends and family now but I could schedule with another stylist. Then she informed me that they would NOT be able to honor my remaining $100 gift certificate. Mind you, there is NO expiration date written in or printed on the certificate. In my opinion this is very unprofessional. Beware before you purchase gift certificates from here.

You always find incredible students who are really kind, respectful, and dedicated to making you feel special. That is one of the reasons that I enjoy coming here. It's a nice environment, and I can always find an appointment.
