I am really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication with this salon. I schedule an appointment a month in advance via Meghan’s website which then sent me confirmation that it was schedule but needed to be accepted by Meghan. Fast forward to day of my appointment and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at the salon. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I called the number for the salon and a lady answered, I told her the situation and she said she would call Meghan and give me a call right back. That never happened, a few hours go by so I decided to message Meghan via Instagram to which I have still yet to hear back from her. I try to call back and no one answers so I leave a voicemail, also which I have not hear back from. Regardless of all this I still show

As much as it pains me to do this, they destroyed my wife's hair to the point that she went to a SECOND salon that laughed at the job they did. It was choppy enough they thought I did it. I hope we caught them on an off day because I'd love to see them successful. I still recommend going to see them, just be mindful during your cut. Atmosphere was 10/10, cut was 0/10.

This is one of their employees. I would avoid this place if you like dogs.
