I went to Juaquin after years of going to a Barber Shop for a men's cut. The overall experience was a 10/10. Juaquin was amazing at getting me in and out with a fresh haircut that both met and exceeded my expectations. Very professional, personable and understood the exact look/style I was going for. I'’ve seen Sherry five times and she was usually attentive, but my most recent visit was deeply disappointing. She made me feel terrible throughout the service, actually laughing at my hair goals and repeatedly calling my hair 'difficult' and 'damaged.' While she apologized the next day, it felt dismissive. However, the owner, Pavel, was a total professional. He witnessed the behavior and immediately called to apologize and offer a full refund. He was clearly shocked by the conduct and ensured I was taken care of. I returned for a consultation and a follow-up appointment with Pavel himself, which was a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be returning as his client. Don’t let one 'bad apple' deter you from this salon-Pavel is a true professional.

Stumbled upon this salon and got sat with Catherine! She was so kind and immediately got started for me. She did a balayage and trim and my hair has never looked this good! Recommend this salon, everyone was so nice!

Sherry is truly amazing. She can do it all—color, cut and blow dry. I get so many compliments on my hair. I’m always happy to recommend Sherry. I’m very lucky to have such an incredible hair professional in my life!
