Salon O at Stevenson

I really never post reviews, however this situation is inexcusable. I have been loyal to my hairstylist for decades, following her wherever she worked because of her exceptional skill and professionalism. When she became ill, I was placed with another stylist at this salon. What followed was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. The stylist messed up my hair color, leaving the top significantly darker with a clearly visible ring around my entire head—a blatant and obvious coloring error. This was not a matter of opinion; it was a technical mistake. When I scheduled an appointment to have their error corrected, the stylist contacted the owner. The owner’s response was ignorant, dismissive, and hostile. He could not grasp the most basic principles of hair color

I am new to the area and am so glad I found Salon O at Stevenson! I got a cut and style and it was worth every penny. You know your stylist ("O," the owner) is good when total strangers compliment your hair and one of them is a fellow hairstylist who notes that it's an excellent cut. The salon is beautifully decorated and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. It's in a good location, with plenty of easy parking and other great shops to explore in the Stevenson Village complex.

I am very UNHAPPY with the service we have received from Salon O!, my daughter wanted to have her hair highlighted and this is the result. The highlights were done at the bottom of her hair and also are hardly showing!. I paid $145 and basically no results. I called to complain, spoke to the owner (who was not very nice to us when we were there at the salon), he refused to compensate us and once again was not nice on the phone. I will never go back there, it was a mistake from the very beginning!. Do NOT go there!

I love this salon. Dawn cuts my hair. Not only does she do a great job but she is very patient which I really appreciate.

Recommended by a friend when my regular hairstylist was on vacation. Friendly staff and lovely salon.
