Salon Nouveau

Marcella was lovely but my hairs’ warm tones were butchered and I never got the cinnamon balayage I asked for. I was too embarrassed to ask my husband to go back; and the photos posted did not represent how my hair actually was toned. It is still no where near the auburn my hair naturally was and I wish I had never gone. I wanted Gregory but I was her last/only? appointment of the day, and I feel so sad this happened. inspo > natural hair > after my services v.s the photos she posted.

Marcella did my hair, I asked for a short bob with lots of choppy layers and it's literally perfect. She made it such a smooth calm process and the results are to die for. The cherry on top was how reasonable the prices are! Overall great experience, and I will be back for the next big chop.

Marcella was a joy to work with. She listened and took her time to get it right - I left feeling like a million bucks. Highly recommend her and the salon.

Greg is wonderful! He worked so well with my kid that despises haircuts, made him super comfortable and listened to what he wanted. I also saw him myself, and he took the time to understand how my hair fell before he started cutting, and it is honestly the best cut I think I've ever had. Love the vibes here.
