Amazing experience. First time being there and I think I found my spot! Angie did an amazing job on me and she was so nice and kind. Everyone looked like they were having fun and having a good day despite it being the Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend!🤙🏼

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Salon Nouveau Vous. I paid $236 for a manicure and pedicure, and every single one of my nails fell off within days. By the 4th day, three nails were gone; by the 5th day, two more fell off. I’ve had press-on nails last longer than this! For a service that cost over $100 just for the manicure, this is unacceptable. When I initially called to complain, I was offered an appointment to “fix” them three days later. By the time that appointment came, all of my nails had fallen off. I’ve since contacted the salon three times requesting even a partial refund, but no one has called me back. This level of customer service and quality is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone unless they address this issue.

Hailee, Was kind and listened to me about the issues I had regarding my Curls and color. She helped me with products that would be better for my hair and she was right! Thank you so much!

Tammy was absolutely amazing!! I’m in the process of figuring out how to style and work with my naturally curly hair after 20 years of straightening it. Tammy was able to cut the straight ends of my hair in a way that helped revive my curl pattern. She then walked me through step by step how to style my hair and what would work best for my curl type. I’ve never had anyone take the time to not just tell me, but SHOW me how to style my hair!! You could tell she was very educated and comfortable working with textured/curly hair and I would 100000% recommend her to anyone, especially with textured hair!!

Madison is a DREAM COME TRUE! She walked this 47 yr old how to take care of curly hair step by step. I had more education in her chair than I have my entire 47 years. I came home and purchased almost everything she recommended and added things to my Christmas list. I finally found someone who I can truly enjoy going to and cannot wait to see where my hair goes from here. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
