Salon Nouveau

Staci cut my hair today and not only did she do a disappointing job but she was utterly rude the entire time. All she talked about was how dead my hair is and how it looks like i “swim in a chlorine pool everyday” which i don’t. She didn’t rinse the conditioner out of my hair at all and it’s greasy and gross from her hands, since she didn’t use a brush the whole time. I will never be coming back.

My two kids had appointments with Stacy today at 2 pm I had 3 month old girl which I could not leave without my wife reaching home first My first called and told Stacy that we will be 10-20 minutes late. She said it is ok I reach with my kids before 2:20 pm and she already left. She did not bother to inform us before leaving So unprofessional Specially when someone calls you and inform you that we will be late either cancel appointment or wait.

My favorite Salon Ellie is a Sweetheart..Today Morgan did a long shag on me..she had to get used to working on fine hair but did a beautiful cut .very happy whenever I can get here..Very relaxing atmosphere..clean and welcoming thank you 😊❤

I have been going to this salon since middle school. I have since moved away, but have close relatives that continue to go to the Salon. Sometimes when I'm in town, and I'm due, I will make an appointment The staff is always very welcoming, and friendly. I never had a negative experience. The atmosphere is very nice and they really do a good job. I always felt so pretty after they did my hair! Their skills really helped with my self-confidence; especially during hs/middle school. They also used high quality dye. My hair never felt dry or weak with their products. The owner is also a very nice person, and I remember seeing her in the salon often helping her staff out on the floor. I really wish this salon was closer to where I moved! I highly recommend them, and miss going to this salon

Disappointed. The haircut and eyebrow waxing was just perfect, she was wonderful. I was then scheduled to get a pedicure and a manicure and they set me in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes with no communication at all. When the water was cold I had to find someone When she came back, she replaced the water with scalding water. I said I wanted to cancel and left. There was no explanation and no apology. I have never experienced anything like this with a pedicure, hopefully they were just having a bad day.
