The owner, my new stylist, had a silent auction that she donated to a girls empowerment organization. I was the lucky bid who won her silk press service and products. I recently went to her and when I tell you, it was the BEST service I have ever had in my all years of giving my hair done. Everyone knows that a great appointment starts with the wash. She washed my hair about 3 times truly getting any residual products out of my hair. Her products stimulated my scalp. Put a deep condition in my hair and put me under the dryer while my feet were elevated. I nearly fell asleep under the dryer. Before and after blow dry, she was able to manage my tangles if there was any. I never felt any unnecessary pulling. Several weeks ago I had a medical appointment and needed to see a beautician. When I called Salon Noa Ms. Fawnne Smith was kind enough to accept my request. Upon arrival I was greeted by her assistant who suggested ideas best for my hair. I am glad I followed her advice because since that time my hair breakage was resolved and it has come to life. I especially love the fact that she did not cut so much off. The salon’s cleanliness, order and design provided a very relaxed atmosphere. I thank Salon Noa for making my first time such a wonderful experience.

I’ve been going to Ms. Fawnee for the past 8 years since I moved to Virginia Beach. She has been a pleasure to visit to monthly personally but professionally her work speaks for itself. She is everything hair and really knows her stuff. She really cares about your hair, she educates you and is able to provide products that would help your hair even when she’s not doing it. My hair has literally flourished since going to her. I even cut it all off and she has my hair almost back to where it was. I couldn’t recommend a better stylist. Ms Fawnee is amazing, such a warm lovely human. She was so meticulous in her work and even advised me on what my hair needs and how I should maintain it. She is really an expert and so good at what she does. It's a ten over ten for me. She even gave me a gift for driving an hr 30mins to get my hair done by her. What a beautiful soul she is. I highly recommend Salon Noa and this will now be my go to for all my natural hair needs.❤️
